Do you do Facebook?

No. I do not. I have a Friendster account which i rarely visit so i don’t find it necessary to have Facebook. Besides, i heard that Facebook is primarily a hit in the US and i don’t have people to do Facebook with in the US (i have families in Europe and Canada) so its just Friendster for me. But, i rarely update my Friendster account. Oh! I’ve told you that already.

Just the same, that doesn’t mean i wont enjoy stuff about Facebook like this very funny video from the beautiful and funny Happy Slip (who is Filipina btw!). Love her to bits!

A roadtrip to Pampanga

A few weeks ago, Jun and I decided to join our friend, Ate Sally and her family in a short visit to their Pampanga home. Jun and i just wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the Pampanga Roadtrip became the perfect avenue for us to satisfy that wanting. The trip was absolutely charming and we had a genuinely nice time with Ate Sally’s family; her kids are wonderful! Plus, their house in Pampanga is just a quaint and pretty work-in-progress (the architecture, by the way, was done by our dearest friend and Ate Sally’s brother, Architect Puroy, who now works in Bahrain).

Cautiously,

I picked up

the cullets of your heart

and did my best to stick them together.

I had cut my skin from this endeavor

but felt no pain,

for the pain is too dismissible to be considered;

for it is only you that matters –

only your face

and the beauty of your smile

as you stood there

looking at me from a distance –

almost crudely, almost satisfied.

Three of the hottest guys in Bench Blackout

It was definitely a fuming Blackout night filled with hordes of screaming and salivating fans from all kinds of sexes and all walks of life as “actors turned models and models turned actors” walk the ramp in Araneta Coliseum wearing only their undies (well, most of them at least).
